    Plant World: July 29 - August 2, 2009

Plant World is the yearly creation and design of a Regina Horticultural Society member and also local horticulturist. Taking up a major area in the Conexus EventPlex building, Plant World is constructed entirely from the concrete up by members of the Regina Horticultural Society and countless volunteers.

It offers a multitude of greenery for everyone to enjoy. The open concept of the designs present many beautiful back yard ideas to create endless hours of outdoor pleasure and summer fun. Please check out the Photo Gallery for pictures of the previous year’s endevours.

The display of trees, shrubs, annuals, fountains, patio sets, outdoor fireplaces, a fishpond and various other accessories, are provided by local sponsors, and the major Regina nurseries. These locally provided products allow everyone the opportunity to landscape in Saskatchewan.

Come in, look around, or just relax on one of the many benches provided, and enjoy the tranquillity of the Plant World Oasis!

Members will be on site during the week to answer any questions that you might have regarding the displays, or on becoming a part of the Regina Horticultural Society.

Plans will be underway shortly for the 2009 design. Anyone wishing to volunteer for Plant World, may email the society via the Contact Us page.
