The City of Regina is offering Tinsel Mulch and Wood Chips to the public from 8:00 am - 2:00 pm.  Pickup location is North of the Transit Building at 333 Winnipeg Street.  Bobcat loaded trucks available @ $10 per load.  Hand loaded truck of pails @ $5 per load; bring shovel, rakes and pails.  Mulch is available to non-commercial participants.
