On May 23, 2009, Grow Regina volunteers promoted Plant a Row•Grow a Row (PAR•GAR) program at the Cathedral Arts Festival  on 13th Avenue. The day started out quiet as the vendors set up their tables, but soon the street was swarming with crowds up to 30,000 were in attendance on this extraordinarily warm spring day!

Over 300 people who stopped at the Grow Regina booth across from the Holy Rosary Church were excited about the new initiative to help the Food Bank!
